DELIVERY & RETURNS
We use drop shipping, which means that once your order has been placed with TransparAll, each brand will send your ordered goods. If you have bought several products in the same order, this may mean that your goods are delivered from different stores and thus shipped separately. All local import duties and taxes must be covered by you.
We usually ship within 1-2 business days, so your order should arrive with you in no time. We expect orders to be delivered within 4-5 working days if they are sent via our standard delivery.
All orders are sent on a signed service and you will receive tracking information via email for all orders once your order has been shipped.
You have the right to cancel your order with written notice within 12 hours after payment, unless the products are specially ordered. After this time, we can not make any changes to your order.
If you want to cancel or make changes to your order within the first 12 hours after payment, please contact our customer service team firstname.lastname@example.org. Enter your order number and delivery number so that we can quickly help you.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
It is important to us that you are satisfied with your goods. From the time your package has arrived at the postal agent, you have a 14-day open purchase and right of return. Our condition is that the product is returned in original condition, e.g. that it is not used and that the original packaging is attached. Of course, you as a customer always have the right to open the package to try the product.
If you want to return your order, please contact our customer service team within 7 working days after your delivery arrived. All returns must be received by TransparAll within 14 days from the date of original delivery. Once your return has been processed, a refund will be issued to your original payment method. It can take up to five business days. We will keep you updated during the return process and send you an email when the process is complete. Items with a broken seal cannot be returned due to health or hygiene reasons (eg underwear, cosmetics, intimate products, toothbrushes and similar products.)

How do I make a return?
Please contact us via our return form on transparall.se and we will send an e-mail confirmation.
When you return, a return fee of SEK 39 will be added. Keep in mind that invoices do not refund the invoice fee.
TransparAll is not responsible for items lost or damaged during delivery.
The products you want to return are your responsibility until we receive them. It can be a good idea to save your return receipt as well as proof of the value of the products you have returned.
All products you return must be in the same condition as they were when you received them. Returned products are not accepted if they have been used, washed or handled carelessly. The TransparAll tag must be intact and in the original packaging provided.
Any returns that are damaged, dirty, worn or altered may not be accepted for refund and sent back to you.
How long does it take to process my return?
From the time you submit your return to your agent, it can take up to 14 days before you receive your refund. You will receive a return confirmation via email as soon as we have received your return.
If you have chosen Klarna invoice as payment method, you can log in to Klarna and report your return, then your invoice is paused until everything is arranged.
If you would like to change your product to a different color or size, please return the product you do not wish to keep and place a new order.
For packages that are not picked up, a fee for unredeemed packages of SEK 300 will be charged. This corresponds to the costs incurred in returning the package.
